CS4 Dreamweaver Subversion Integration

Recently I tried to set up the subversion extension for Dreamweaver CS4.  I have to say I was very disapointed.  Their definition of setting up a plugin included me downloading an additional Subversion client (TortoiseSVN) in order for its built in integration to work.  There was minimal integration with Dreamweaver’s ftp client, and if you wanted to do anything that most version control systems do (like compare code) it seemed like you would need to download another program to do that as well.  Did I mention the speed?  If you thought FTP was slow with Dreamweaver, wait until you see SVN+SSH on Dreamweaver.
